We gather high-quality, comprehensive information including a combination of human intelligence (Humint) along with information based on our own proprietary technological tools which we have developed specifically for this use.
Our clients include large organizations (local and international, public sector and private), start-up companies, and local and foreign investment funds who make use of our services as part of the due diligence process prior to investment.
The company was founded by Gitit Grandes, a former member of the national security compliance determination unit with the Israel Security Agency (Shin-Bet) who has more than 17 years’ experience in management roles, human resources, and marketing with public and private companies. Gitit holds an honors B.A. in communications and management as well as an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
The company’s Chair, Yitzhak Ilan, is former Deputy Director of the Israel Security Agency (Shin-Bet), where he served for 31 years in a number of roles, including head of the investigations department, head of the counterterrorism and Arab-Iranian espionage division, head of the Israel and foreign affairs division (a division which served, among other things, in preserving national secrets and security compliance). Additionally, from 2000-2011, Yitzhak served as Deputy Director of the Shin-Bet.
We also employ a number of other former members of the intelligence community, including members of Unit 8200 (the Military Intelligence Directorate’s main information gathering unit), former members of the espionage and sabotage prevention division of the Shin-Bet, as well as former members of the security compliance determination unit with the Shin-Bet. Our team’s experience and expertise in the intelligence community ensure that we provide the highest-quality background check services available.
